User Agreement
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the Aurevia Chain blockchain network (the “Blockchain”) by any individual or entity (“User,” “You,” or “Your”). By accessing or using Aurevia Chain, You agree to comply with this Agreement.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Aurevia Chain, You acknowledge that You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If You do not agree, You must not use the Blockchain.
Use of Aurevia Chain
a. Aurevia Chain is a decentralized blockchain network that enables secure transactions, smart contracts, and real ownership of digital assets. b. Transactions on Aurevia Chain are permanent and irreversible. You are solely responsible for verifying all transactions before execution. c. You agree not to engage in any activity that may harm, disrupt, or compromise the network, including but not limited to fraud, unauthorized access, hacking, or any malicious actions.
Ownership & Responsibilities
a. Users own and control their digital assets on Aurevia Chain and are responsible for securing their private keys, wallets, and access credentials. b. Aurevia Chain does not store private keys or offer recovery for lost assets. Loss of access to private keys may result in permanent loss of assets. c. Users operating nodes must comply with network security and operational requirements to ensure stability and security.
Nodes, Fees & Rewards
a. Aurevia Chain operates a node-based validation system, where node operators verify transactions and secure the network. b. Node ownership is issued through Node Keys, which can be activated as either: • Light Node: Requires lower resources for participation. • Full Node: Provides higher security contributions and earns greater rewards. c. Transaction fees may vary and are subject to change based on network conditions.
Risks & Disclaimer
a. Aurevia Chain is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of security, reliability, or uninterrupted operation. b. Users acknowledge that blockchain technology involves risks, including but not limited to: • Market volatility affecting asset value. • Security risks such as hacking, phishing, or private key loss. • Regulatory changes that may impact accessibility or functionality. c. Aurevia Chain is not responsible for any financial losses, technical failures, or third-party actions that may affect the use of the network.
Compliance & Restrictions
a. Users must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to blockchain and cryptocurrency in their respective jurisdictions. b. The use of Aurevia Chain for illegal activities such as money laundering, fraud, or terrorism financing is strictly prohibited. c. Aurevia Chain reserves the right to restrict access, suspend accounts, or take legal action against users who violate these terms.
Modifications & Termination
a. Aurevia Chain reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the network or this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Blockchain after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. b. Aurevia Chain may terminate services or access for users who violate this Agreement or engage in activities that compromise the network’s integrity.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
a. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Colorado State, USA. b. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Colorado State, unless otherwise required by law.
